EXCHANGE POLICY
If you mistakenly ordered a product that is not suitable for your intended vehicle, we offer an exchange solution. To initiate the exchange process, please contact us within 30 days from the date of receiving the product.
Please be aware of the following conditions for exchanges:
The customer is responsible for both the cost of returning the incorrect item and the delivery fee for the replacement.
The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, labels, and any accompanying accessories.
CHANGE OF MIND?
If you have a change of mind and wish to return a product, please note that you will be responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping.
Please note that for items on Discount, we will not accept returns unless the item is faulty.
FAULTY PRODUCT?
If the product you received is faulty or does not fit your intended vehicle, we will cover the cost of the return shipping and provide a replacement.
HOW TO GET THE RETURNS PROCESS STARTED?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
Once the return is approved, your refund or credit will be processed within 3-5 business days.
