The car our family uses for camping trips was involved in a car accident on Thursday leading into the Easter holiday. It meant our second car had to be used however did not have roof racks to carry our gear. Calls to various stores were closed during the Easter break, but Talia at Quality Roof Racks was able to organise a supply and install on Easter Saturday morning, putting our family back on track for our camping trip on Monday. Berk was fantastic in fitting the racks to our Mazda CX9 on Saturday when he intended to be closed. There pricing was competitive and provided superior service. They even gave me a bottle of still water while I waited. Highly recommend Talia and Berk for all your roof rack, pods, bike mounts etc for your car.
