I was very satisfied with the installation of the roof racks. Berk was truly kind and took the time to explain in detail which type of racks were suitable for my car, I have a 2001 Mazda Tribute. On top of that, he showed great willingness and availability, installing them the same day since I had to travel in the afternoon.
