Happy happy happy!! First off I accidentally ordered local pickup rather than the shipping option and they were so helpful to fix up my mistake. The delivery was free & quick. I did have 1 bolt missing but they apologised sincerely and sent it via express post and I received it the next day. They offer competitive pricing for installation but I opted to install myself, I had some minor difficulties lining up the side steps and gave the store a call to see if they could offer any guidance. They had an installer face time me back and helped me solve the issue (I did the bolts up too tight and didn't give myself enough play oops!!) I was so amazed by their level of assistance and willingness to help. Great team and quality roof racks 😁😁😁
