Occasionally in life you give someone money for a service and you think I am so glad they are getting my hard earned cash. From my initial Google search, phone call to popping in to their offices, it was just a pleasure having them look after us. Genuine kind people who run a professional outfit focused heavily on the customer. Great products, but just really great people. I couldn't be happier that I stumbled across Quality Roof Racks when doing my Google search. This is the first time I've ever needed any sort of car repair done, including replacing the roof racks. My experience has been overwhelmingly bad with people trying to rip me off left and right. Quality Roof Racks offered exactly the kind of service I was hoping to find. From the first email I received from Talia, I had a good feeling about this. I emailed in the evening and was pleasantly surprised to receive an answer the same evening. She was kind and friendly and very quick to respond to all of my emails. Initially I thought I just needed a roof rack installation service as I had purchased the racks already. The prices I found when searching online were between $70 - $150 depending on whether the racks were purchased on-site or not. Quality Roof Racks offered a very competitive price for the installation. Coupled with prompt and pleasant communication, I decided to go with them. They were able to squeeze us in on the same day of making a booking. The shop was lovely, clean, with a cozy corner where clients can sit and wait. We were offered coffee, tea and chocolates. I wish I had remembered to take photos, but I see other people who have left reviews did. It turned out that the racks I had brought with could not be installed due to some parts having been removed when the previous racks were installed. For a moment I thought we’re going to have to leave without racks, maybe order new parts, come back at a later date. Instead, Berk was able to find a pair that fit the car in question and install these right then and there. He did a wonderful job! Racks are sturdy and secure, I wouldn’t be surprised if they outlasted the car itself. You can tell that Berk is very passionate, skilled and knowledgeable about what he is doing. He was also very kind and friendly, explained everything very well (even to someone who doesn’t know much about cars). It's clear that Talia and Berk both put their heart and soul into their work. As a result, customers can expect fantastic, good quality service for reasonable prices. It ended up costing me less than even just the pair of racks I had previously purchased and brought with. The whole experience was so lovely from the first emails exchanged to waving goodbye. I cannot thank you enough for helping us out, Berk and Talia. Keep up the fantastic work you do.
