Occasionally in life you give someone money for a service and you think I am so glad they are getting my hard earned cash. From my initial Google search, phone call to popping in to their offices, it was just a pleasure having them look after us. Genuine kind people who run a professional outfit focused heavily on the customer. Great products, but just really great people. Great and helpful service. Offered me a couple of different options and installed for me within 30 min. Came back later today with the second set of racks (very old ones have had for years) that were for the back of the Ute and he played around with them to fix them so I could use them again - these weren’t purchased from him and he willingly and obligingly helped me get them working. Great service and great addition to botany
