Order Cancellations

  1. Timing: You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may initiate a return (subject to our Returns Policy).
  2. How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via [email protected] or call us at 0406 601 581. Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation.
  3. Refund Process: If the cancellation is made before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Custom Orders

For custom-made or special-order items, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun. Please contact us directly to discuss your options.

Fees

No cancellation fees will apply if the order is canceled before shipment. However, if your order has already been processed and shipped, any shipping costs incurred will not be refundable.

Changes to Orders

If you wish to modify your order (e.g., change product selection or delivery address) before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once the order is in process.
